Our Mission
Mission Statement – Savydney Madox
At Savydney Madox, our mission is to empower organizations across critical industries through customized engineering, consulting, and integrated system solutions that drive operational performance, standardization, and long-term efficiency. We believe the strength of our company lies in our people; cross-functional teams who collaborate with clients to deliver precision-engineered outcomes that solve real-world challenges.
What sets us apart is the founders’ unwavering commitment to building partnerships that span the full lifecycle of operational technology from design and implementation to long-term performance support. In prioritizing departments like Operations, which are often under-resourced yet vital to enterprise success, we are not only delivering value, we are reshaping how the industry serves its most essential functions.
Our Executive Team
CEO – Shane Ranck, FMP
Shane Ranck began his career in the data center industry immediately after college, bringing a strong foundation in Electromechanical and Industrial Technology. This technical background, paired with formal management training, accelerated his growth through both engineering and leadership roles. His time in the field provided hands-on experience that later informed his approach to leading high-performance teams.
Over nearly 15 years, Shane advanced to become Senior Manager of the U.S. East Region, overseeing 30 sites with responsibility for Controls Engineering and Security Solutions. He then transitioned to CTO of AXYS, where he implemented scalable OT strategies grounded in real-world experience. Yet, the drive to build a purpose-built Operational Technology solutions company remained. That vision became reality with the founding of Savydney Madox: a firm created to redefine how cyber, physical, and automation systems converge.
EVP – Matthew Mason
Matthew Mason began his engineering career during college, specializing in Mechanical and Electrical Design with a unique ability to bridge both disciplines. Early on, he contributed to complex industrial capital projects where tight timelines, compliance with varied standards, and lean manufacturing practices were essential to delivering stakeholder value.
Over the course of multiple decades, Matthew’s career evolved into roles centered on R&D, intellectual property development, and OT-driven product innovation. His entrepreneurial path led to business ownership and, later, an executive leadership role as Chief Design Officer at AXYS, where he guided the growth and management of design strategies across diverse verticals.
Like Shane, Matthew recognized that true convergence of verticals under a unified OT product and service model wasn’t fully achievable within AXYS. The industries they serve- mission-critical, infrastructure-rich, and technically demanding deserve more. That commitment has now taken shape as Savydney Madox: a purpose-built Operational Technology partner focused on redefining how engineered systems are delivered and supported.
